This service, provided by "Compagnie de la Vella SL", shall be governed by the legal provisions on data protection. "Compagnie de la Vella SL" shall be governed by Organic Law 15 of 13 December 1999 (the Spanish Data Protection Act) and by Law 15 of 18 December 2003 (the Data Protection Act of Andorra), both of which are currently in force. As companies of Group "Compagnie de la Vella", they follow the internal rules adapted to current legislation and to this privacy policy.

In order to use some of the services, users must first provide the companies with certain personal details (hereinafter, "Personal Data"). The companies of "Compagnie de la Vella" shall process this data automatically for the purposes and under the terms defined in their Personal Data Protection Policy, defined herein. The data shall be entered into a customer file and registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as stipulated by Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection (LOPD).

The purpose of this file is administrative accounts and fiscal and real estate management, with advertising and marketing and customer and supplier e-commerce. The owners of the data and users of the websites and portals of the group's companies and those determined in the Legal Notice thereby expressly consent to the processing of their personal data in this area and to the commercial actions of  "Compagnie de la Vella", including transfers established by law and indicated in this privacy policy, in the context of the companies of "Compagnie de la Vella".

The companies of the "Compagnie de la Vella SL" have adopted the levels of security for the protection of Personal Data legally required by the LOPD and the regulations that develop this law, and make every effort to install other additional means and technical measures of protection.

In order to correctly provide the services accessible to them, users of the website must truthfully complete the required fields during the registration process. Entering untrue or false data shall render null and void the general contracting terms in purchasing processes and the services of work with us and questions.

The Personal Data included shall not be transferred to third parties and shall remain within the companies of the "Compagnie de la Vella SL". The data shall be transferred to the public bodies established by law and to those judicial bodies that legally require them to be transferred.

Exercise of the rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition shall take place in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and of the regulations that develop this law, with official identification by the owner of the data and in accordance with the processes established by both regulations. The company "Compagnie de la Vella SL", located in the Principality of Andorra, Avda Joan Marti 81/83 –  Encamp AD200 - Andorra la Vella, is subject to the application of Law 15/2003 of 18 December on the protection of Personal Data and which also includes the provisions of EC directive 95/46 on the protection of Personal Data for application in the Principality of Andorra.

These files are registered with the Andorran data protection agency for the purpose of managing customers and suppliers. To this end, you give your consent on entering this area of Andorra to process your data for the aforementioned purposes.
